Greenleaf Gardens LLC operates a 70,000-square-foot cultivation and processing facility on an 8-acre site at 15335 Madison Rd. in Middlefield, Ohio. Acreage Holdings acquired Greenleaf Gardens along with its affiliated processor, Greenleaf Therapeutics, and its five-dispensary retail chain, Greenleaf Apothecaries, in a 2018 deal valued at roughly $7.1 million cash, $7.1 million in notes, and 1.1 million shares of High Street. The cultivator supplies flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, tinctures, and capsules to about 40 of Ohio's licensed dispensaries, including the affiliated Botanist retail locations.
