GTI Ohio, LLC operates Green Thumb Industries' Ohio cultivation and processing facility in Toledo, which manufactures GTI's branded cannabis product portfolio, including RYTHM, Dogwalkers, Incredibles, Beboe, Good Green, Doctor Solomon's, and &Shine. GTI won its Ohio cultivation license in 2019. In February 2020, GTI sold the Toledo facility to Innovative Industrial Properties for $2.9 million and entered a long-term leaseback agreement to continue operating it. Beyond the Toledo manufacturing site, GTI operates four Rise-branded retail stores in Ohio, located in Toledo, Cleveland, Lorain, and Lakewood. GTI Ohio holds Ohio processor license MMCPP00070 and dual-use certificate CCP000027-00.
