Harvest Grows, LLC operates a cultivation greenhouse at 1265 County Rd. 1A in Ironton, Ohio, which became fully operational in June 2021 under Harvest of Ohio, a Black woman-owned, family-operated cannabis company founded by Ariane Kirkpatrick. Harvest Health & Recreation (later merged into Trulieve) had financed the operation and later sued Harvest of Ohio and Harvest Grows over unpaid loans; the parties reached a settlement in 2024 under which Trulieve acquired Harvest of Ohio LLC while Kirkpatrick divested ownership of Harvest Grows, LLC and Harvest Processing, LLC to unrelated third parties. Trulieve has since provided operational support services to the Ironton facility.
