NMG OH P1, LLC held the processing license for a facility at 3800 Harmont Ave NE in Canton, Ohio, built adjacent to a Body and Mind Inc. dispensary. Body and Mind, a Vancouver-based multi-state cannabis operator, received local approval in 2021 and closed the NMG Ohio transaction to develop the plant to produce its Body and Mind branded concentrates via hydrocarbon extraction, along with edibles and oils. A 2023 Body and Mind corporate update referenced a planned divestment of its Ohio processing operation and license, so current ownership and branding may have since changed.
