Agri-Med Ohio, LLC operated a Level II cannabis cultivation facility in Langsville, Ohio, one of the first two Ohio marijuana cultivators certified to operate under the state's medical marijuana program. The facility, located in Meigs County near the West Virginia border, grew cannabis sold under the "Meigs County" name to dispensaries statewide. In December 2021, Ethos Cannabis acquired Agri-Med Ohio, continuing cultivation under the Meigs County Grown brand, which emphasizes heritage Appalachian growing traditions and "OG seed lineage." Meigs County Grown currently lists flower and vape products.
