Curaleaf OGT, Inc. holds the Ohio cultivation and processing license originally awarded to Ohio Grown Therapies (OGT) in 2018 for a facility in Johnstown, Ohio, comprising roughly 15,000 square feet of two-tier cultivation space and 7,500 square feet of processing space within a 32,000-square-foot building. In May 2019, Curaleaf Holdings signed an agreement to acquire the OGT licenses and facility lease for $20 million in staged payments, with final regulatory approval and closing completed in July 2021. The facility became part of Curaleaf's national multi-state cannabis cultivation and processing network.
