OhiGrow, LLC operates a roughly 10,000-square-foot cultivation facility on 1.35 acres in Toledo, Ohio, one of Ohio's original licensed cultivators. In July 2021, publicly traded multistate operator Jushi Holdings Inc. completed a $5.0 million acquisition of OhiGrow, LLC together with Ohio Green Grow LLC, intending for OhiGrow to supply cannabis biomass to a processing facility for wholesale medical marijuana products. The Ohio Department of Commerce had previously moved to revoke OhiGrow's cultivation license over delays in becoming operational before the acquisition.
