Ohio Valley Natural Relief (OVNR) was founded by Michael Petrella, who became one of the youngest owners and CEOs of an Ohio dispensary entity after witnessing his father's battle with stage 4 cancer. The Wintersville location, at 840 Canton Rd, was the first medical marijuana dispensary to open in Ohio, in January 2019. The dispensary offers flower, edibles, tinctures, concentrates, and topicals, and has a nurse practitioner on staff available by appointment. OVNR also offers a mobile app for iOS and Android with a live product menu.
