Quest Wellness Ohio III LLC was awarded a provisional Ohio medical marijuana processor license to develop a 13,000-square-foot processing center at 741 South Avenue in Youngstown. The facility converts cannabis into products such as edibles, tinctures and oils, which are then sold to dispensaries across the state. The venture is headed by local businessman Herb Washington, who is also associated with the separately licensed Leaf Relief dispensary (Quest Wellness Ohio II LLC) in the Youngstown area.
